The Unity Studio is located on Brighton’s Lewes Road, approximately 15 minutes from the centre of town, and from the mainline train station. Many buses (such as the 24, 25, 49) serve the ‘Melbourne St’ stop on Lewes Road, as this route continues out to the Universities.

The studio has its own street access, and is a wonderfully peaceful oasis in the urban City. The space has wooden floorboards, and is adorned with plants, Buddhas, paintings and shrine. The kitchenette is well stocked, and the bathroom boasts a wrought iron bath for Balinese ritual bath soaks! There is an open fire for cosy winter classes and treatments, and a sunny garden for relaxing and enjoying outdoor Yoga.

The studio is light, spacious, cosy and nurturing. It has a wonderful energy, it is a peaceful haven offering an ideal space for Classes, workshops, Day Retreats, Courses, Gatherings and Concerts.
