The 2 hour session is designed to allow us to journey gently but deeply through a progression of Yogic asanas and natural movement. Punctuated by pranayama, mudras, some mantra and still meditation, the fluidity of the dance between forms allows us to sense a depth of awareness beyond flexibility and strength. The body gently unfolds and we can access more lightness, expansion, grace and peace. As we relax with Yoga Nidra at the end of the class, we are invited to feel completely at one with who we really are…

This form of Yoga is practiced at a fairly slow pace, it is gentle in approach but allows us to unfold on a very deep level. It is ideal for Beginners, although all levels of experience and ability are welcomed. The session is a Meditation through Yogic Movement, and can reveal much about the way in which we are currently living our lives. It gives us the essential silence and time for Ourselves, which is so necessary in these current times.
