Opening hours
The Unity Centre is open 6 days a week, Monday–Saturday,
with classes and some spa appointments 7 days a week.

Reception, float and sauna
Our reception, float and sauna are closed for Christmas and New Year but OPEN during the week between Christmas and New Year. Here are the details:
December 2025
Tuesday 23rd: OPEN morning (10am-1pm)
Wednesday 24th (Christmas eve): OPEN morning (10am-1pm)
Thursday 25th (Christmas Day) & Friday 26th (Boxing Day): CLOSED
Saturday 27th: Open all day (till 6pm)
Sunday 28th: CLOSED (as usual)
Monday 29th: OPEN all day (10am-5pm)
Tuesday 30th: OPEN all day (10am-5pm)
Wednesday 31st (New Year’s Eve): OPEN morning (10am-1pm)
We’re also open until 6pm on Saturdays in the run-up to Christmas
January 2026
Thursday 1st (New Year’s Day): CLOSED
Friday 2nd: CLOSED
Saturday 3rd: OPEN all day (10am-4pm)
Sunday 4th: CLOSED (as usual for a Sunday)
Monday 5th and beyond: OPEN as usual
Classes, massage therapies and treatments
No classes or appointments will run on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day but otherwise individual teachers and therapists will be offering a reduced programme of classes, massage therapies and treatments over the Christmas – New Year period. A near-normal programme will be offered on 29-31 December. Please check for details:

If you have an appointment or class and our main front door is closed, please go round to the rear (accessible) door, via Broomans Lane, where you will be let in by your teacher or therapist. Please note that we cannot admit latecomers to classes.

All spa sessions are by appointment only. Appointments may be made:
- in person at reception OR
- using the buttons below at any time OR
- through the ‘Unity yoga’ app, available for Apple and Android devices.

Bookings
Classes and workshops have limited spaces and we remain mindful of the need for personal space. All places must be pre-booked: no drop-ins.
