Studio membership
The best way to benefit from the wide range of classes on offer at The Unity Centre is studio membership, giving you unlimited classes and other benefits with the ability to save extensively on the cost of individual classes.
And new for 2026, our most popular monthly studio membership is now HALF PRICE for the first month.
What you get as a studio member
- Unlimited Unity classes*
- Spa discounts – 10% off massages and floats, and saunas from just £13 **
- Unity Pilates Studio discount – 10% off all Unity Pilates Studio classes (and blocks of classes)
- Advance bookings – some events offered exclusively to members for first bookings, ahead of everyone else
- Member-only offers – occasional member-only events and offers
And because we believe in paying forward, we will make a £5 monthly donation for each membership paid by automatic debit. This will be used to support our community projects, including help for those who need assistance to access the Unity Centre and our services.

If you’ve never tried us before, you can enjoy unlimited Unity classes* for a full 28 days with this 28-day class pass.
Also ideal if you’re visiting Lewes, or have a guest visiting.
28 days for £28 benefits:

- choose from our 7-days-a-week timetable of yoga, mat Pilates, dance, qigong, meditation and more
- single, one-off payment of £28
- no ongoing obligation
- available only if you haven’t tried a Unity class before or have only had one free first class
- only one purchase per person and no renewals: to continue membership after the 28 days, please choose monthly or annual studio membership.

3-month studio

Ideal if you want membership for a limited period. Also makes the perfect gift. For a 3-month period it offers the same benefits as monthly studio membership, including unlimited Unity classes.

As a gift card
A gift card is the best way to give someone 3-month membership. Their 3 months won’t begin until they redeem the gift card by popping in to see us or calling us on 01273 778400.

* ‘Unlimited Unity classes’ means timetabled classes provided by Unity and led by Unity teachers and excludes workshops, series, events, specialised and non-Unity classes. Unity Pilates Studio classes are not included but are discounted by 10% for studio members. Classes are for the member only and may not be transferred.
** Spa discounts may not be used for packages, spa experiences or spa days or in conjunction with other discount offers and cannot be transferred: any discounted appointment is for the member only. £13 saunas are for one person only: to bring a guest, members may upgrade to a two-person sauna for £5 per appointment.
*** No part-month refunds on cancellation. Debits will continue until you or we cancel.
