Optional Reiki Level 1

Reiki is not a religion or belief system.

It is a simple, natural energy practice that anyone can learn.

Many people discover Reiki during times when they feel:

  • Overwhelmed
  • At a crossroads
  • In need of clarity
  • Emotionally exhausted
  • Ready to reconnect with themselves
  • Reiki helps us cultivate deep relaxation, meditation and heightened intuition while supporting emotional balance and inner calm.

Rather than adding something new, many people describe Reiki as helping them return to who they truly are.

It becomes a lifelong self-care practice—a gentle way of restoring your own energy reserves in our increasingly busy world.

You are welcome to attend Reiki without doing yoga, or yoga without Reiki.
