About the course
Our diploma offers a comprehensive range of techniques, with oil massage at the heart of our practice, complemented by modalities such as acupressure, Thai massage, pulsing, energy work, passive movements, aura and sacred rituals, sound and essence therapy, myofascial techniques, hand-free methods, lymphatic drainage, stretches, and more.
We emphasise holistic holding alongside deep tissue techniques, tailored to support chronic pain and injury. Our training also incorporates embodiment practices such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, meditative movement, partner yoga, and Tai Chi to nurture mind-body integration.
Our anatomy and physiology training is hands-on and in-depth, seamlessly integrating theory with practical application. Students explore somatic healing and therapeutic approaches for trauma and chronic stress, while developing essential relational and professional skills, including co-transference, professionalism, and marketing.
We support students into practice with our postgraduate career pathway, helping them transition confidently into work.
This diploma is highly professional, of an excellent standard, accredited by the UK’s leading governing body, MTI, and designed to be inclusive and accessible to all.
The next Unity Holistic Massage Diploma will start on 23 April 2026. Please email School Manager Pip for a more detailed schedule and further information.
“From the moment I stepped into the studio, I knew I was in the presence of a brilliant teacher. Sevanti’s teaching style was engaging, nurturing, and filled with compassion. She created an instantly warm and supportive environment that allowed for group and personal exploration. I was particularly grateful for the support with the course in my own recovery from trauma.”
“The course quality, detail and thoroughness surpassed my expectations. Sevanti’s approach, delivery and knowledge was outstanding. I have learnt enormously, and feel very confident with the skills and techniques I have been taught.”
