Cancellations, charges and refunds

If unfortunately you need to change or cancel an appointment or class booking, here's how, plus information on charges and refunds. It's important that you read the following.

Cancellations and charges

If you need to change or cancel your Unity Centre appointment or class booking, please do so as soon as possible. You can cancel on this website (click above, top-right) or the 'Unity yoga' app: ensure you're logged in, select the appointment or class and press 'Cancel'.

If this isn't possible, you can instead email reception@being-in-unity.com or visit us during opening hours. We cannot accept cancellations or change requests via any other email address nor via social media or messaging.

You will not be charged for a cancellation if you give us sufficient notice. The minimum notice periods to avoid a charge are:

  • Spa appointments (treatments and therapies, floats and saunas): 2 hours before start time
  • Classes (including Pilates Studio): 24 hours before start time
  • Workshops: 24 hours before start time unless otherwise stated

If you don't give us at least this much notice, sadly, we will charge you the full price for the appointment or class, except in the case of a medical or health emergency. This is because, if you cancel late, we may not have time to offer your appointment or class place to someone else.

We reserve the right to change our minimum notice periods at any time and will honour the minimum in force at the time an appointment or booking is made.
