Opening hours
The Unity Centre is open 6 days a week, Monday–Saturday.

Our reception, lounge, float and sauna will be closed between Christmas and new year, re-opening fully on Saturday 4 January 2025 at 10am.
- Monday 23 December: normal hours
- Tuesday 24 December: we close at 1pm
- 25 December – 3 January: closed
- Saturday 4 January: we’re fully open 10-4pm
- Then as normal

These opening times are for our reception, lounge and gallery. Spa appointments, classes, concerts and workshops will also take place outside these hours.

All spa sessions are by appointment only. Appointments may be made:

Bookings
Classes and workshops have limited spaces and we remain mindful of the need for personal space. All places must be pre-booked: no drop-ins.
The easiest way to book a place on a class or workshop is by using the ‘Unity yoga’ app, available on iOS and Android. Otherwise, you can book at The Unity Centre reception or using the buttons below.
