We offer a choice of studio memberships, plus a 30-day studio pass and discounted class cards
Studio membership
What you get as a studio member
- Unlimited classes with Unity teachers*
- Spa discount – 10% off appointments for floats, saunas and Unity therapists**
- Unity Pilates Studio discount – 10% off all Unity Pilates Studio classes (and blocks of classes)
- Advance bookings – some events offered exclusively to members for first bookings, ahead of everyone else
- Member-only offers – occasional member-only events and offers
And because we believe in paying forward, we will make a £5 monthly donation for each membership paid by automatic debit. This will be used to support our community projects, including help for those who need assistance to access the Unity Centre and our services.
* Membership excludes workshops, series, events, specialised and non-Unity classes. Unity Pilates Studio classes are not free but are discounted by 10%

There are two ways to enjoy continuous studio membership while saving money.
Monthly studio membership – £55 a month

Annual studio membership – £540 a year
- Our best value membership for regular class-goers

- Equivalent to just £45 a month
- You may cancel any time after the first 3 months, with 1 month’s notice*

30-day studio pass – £55
Unlimited Unity classes for 30 days!
Fancy a trial of unlimited Unity classes with no ongoing obligation? Or maybe you’re visiting the Lewes area, or have a guest visiting Lewes, and would like an easy way to join Unity classes as often as you or they like?
Unity’s 30-day studio pass offers:
- Unlimited classes with Unity teachers for 30 days
- Single, one-off payment with no ongoing obligation
STUDIO PASS CONDITIONS
- The 30-day period begins on the day you buy the pass. If you prefer to delay the start, select a gift card instead.
- The 30-day studio pass cannot be renewed when it expires. To continue, please choose monthly or annual Studio membership.
- The 30-day studio pass excludes Unity Pilates Studio classes and all workshops, series, events, specialised and non-Unity classes.
- The 30-day studio pass is not transferable and may not be used by anyone except the passholder. To give a 30-day studio pass to someone else, please buy them a gift card.
- No part-month refunds.
3-month membership gift card – £145
Ideal if you want unlimited Unity classes for a fixed time or as a gift for someone else, without ongoing commitment.
Save £20 with a gift card for 3 months of studio membership.
- Buy a 3-month gift card and give it to someone you care about (or use it yourself)
- When they’re ready to begin the three months, they contact Unity reception
(pop in to see us or call us on 01273 778400) - They enjoy three calendar months of full studio membership benefits, including unlimited classes with Unity teachers, 10% spa discounts (floats, saunas, massages), 10% discount on Unity Pilates Studio classes and membership exclusives
- To continue membership after the three months, simply contact Unity reception for our standard monthly or annual studio membership (renewal is not available for 3-month studio membership)
Unity class cards
5-class card – £53
- Any 5 classes* with Unity teachers – studio, online or outdoors
- More than 10% saving on normal single class prices
- May be shared with a family member living at the same address**
- Valid for 3 months
12-class card – £115
- Any 12 classes* with Unity teachers – studio, online or outdoors
- More than 20% saving on normal single class prices
- May be shared with a family member living at the same address **
- Valid for 6 months
* Excludes series, workshops, events, specialised and non-Unity classes
** Proof of address and circumstances may be required
Concessions
Concessionary pass holders can receive a number of benefits at The Unity Centre, including concessionary 5-class packs.
