Towels
For floats and saunas, in the interests of your own comfort and for the sake of the environment, please bring your own towel to use after your shower.
Age
The minimum age for floats, saunas, massages and facials is 12. For floats and saunas, 12–16-year-olds must be accompanied by their legally responsible parent or guardian. For massages and facials, anyone under the age 18 must be accompanied by their legally responsible parent or guardian.
Pacemakers
If you wear a pacemaker, please check with your consultant before using an infrared sauna such as ours.
Makeup, hair and tanning products
Please never enter the floatation pool wearing makeup or any products capable of colouring or tainting the pool water, including non-permanent or recently applied hair colouring or tints, or tanning products. It’s best to arrive without makeup on, rather than try to clean it off in the floatation suite. This is important as any of these products can contaminate the water, requiring the pool to be closed, drained, cleaned and refilled: an expensive, time-consuming process that can cost up to £1,000!
Alcohol or drugs
You should never use the floatation pool under the influence of alcohol or drugs with a sedative effect.

You begin Unity Bliss with a cleansing and relaxing private sauna before coming to the heart of the experience – a full two hour Unity Holistic Ritual massage.
This sacred experience combines holistic massage techniques with deep tissue Indonesian methods, Thai-like stretches and acupressure application. Emotion and memories are stored within our muscles and tissues; massage helps clear unwanted energies and traumas, allowing us to move forward with pure, fresh energy in this present moment. Appropriate essential oils are applied with a scattering of rose petals and the use of Healing and Crystal placement. Sound therapy in the form of Tibetan bowls, quartz crystal bowls and cymbals combined with the burning of sage and the use of aura soma to fully cleanse and soothe the body’s energies. It is an awakening of the senses and respect for all levels of one’s energy system.

To flow from immersive yoga coaching to a comfy treatment couch, ready to receive a healing or remedial holistic massage, reiki or a combination of the two is a blissful, deeply healing experience! The treatment will be bespoke, attending to the areas of need in a seamless way.
Sevanti also works with crystal healing and uses sound – such as the crystal singing bowl or chimes – and the burning of sage, and aromatherapy mists if desirable.

UNITY SPA POLICIES
Minimum age
